Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced(min 4years) .NET Core Developer to join our team and take the lead in writing APIs using the latest .NET Core standards. As a .NET Core Developer at Raisonminds, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-performance .NET applications. You will collaborate closely with our technical team, UI and UX team to ensure that our application meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Having strong programming skills on C#
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts
• Very good in exceptional handling and tracing
• Good experience in implementing JWT token based authentication
• Good experience on .net core, Web API, MVC, Entity framework, Linq, SQL sever
• Responsible to implement APIs according to the defined schemas
• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality .NET Core applications.
• Write APIs using the latest .NET Core standards.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement robust and scalable solutions.
• Should be able to coordinate with front end and DB team
• Ensure code quality by following best practices, coding standards, and exceptional handling techniques.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications as needed.
• Maintain and enhance existing .NET applications.
• Work with JSON, XML, XSD, and XSLT for data interchange and transformation.
• Deploy applications on web servers, particularly IIS.
• Collaborate with the database team for SQL Server development and optimization.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of proven experience as a .NET Core Developer.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Professional experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.
• Expertise in .NET Core framework and class libraries.
• Strong understanding of JSON, XML, XSD, and XSLT.
• Very strong knowledge of web deployment and IIS.
• Expertise in exceptional handling and best coding practices.
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Good to have Qualifications:

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with source control tools like Git.
• Certifications in .NET development are a plus.

About the Role:

We are looking for a 3-4 years experienced dynamic graphic/UI Designer who will be responsible for designing the web and print media works. In this role you will help to design the logos, flyers, brochures, web user interface with your creative ideas and apply lean product principles in everything we do. This position is to understanding customer needs and translating them into graphical representations and it involves sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes, logo designs and other graphic design related activities. You will be responsible for designing the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience along with look and feel.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Expertise in high end graphic design for print and web
• Expertise in logo design, flyers and brochures
• Expertise with digital photo editing
• Should be strong in rich user interface design using the photoshop and illustrator
• Should have creative thinking mindset and storytelling skills
• Create personas, scenarios, task flows and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, low fidelity prototypes, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively conceptualise product initiatives
• Define product workflows, interactions and UI specifications in close collaboration with product managers and cross-functional partners
• Design page layouts and templates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Staying up to date with the latest trends in product design
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience

Required skills and qualifications

• Graduation & above in a related discipline with 3-4 years experience in graphic/product/UI design solutions 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, XD, In Design, Illustrator) and also Figma, Sketch or any related tools
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Strong command in Visual Design components like Typography, Composition, Space & Form, Colour theory, etc.
• Understand the basic of HTML, CSS and front-end development
• Portfolio of strong creative work
• Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data
• In-depth understanding of UI design
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Any certification in graphic design is an added advantage

Salary: Up to 35k/month
