About the Role:

We are looking for a 3-4 years experienced dynamic graphic/UI Designer who will be responsible for designing the web and print media works. In this role you will help to design the logos, flyers, brochures, web user interface with your creative ideas and apply lean product principles in everything we do. This position is to understanding customer needs and translating them into graphical representations and it involves sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes, logo designs and other graphic design related activities. You will be responsible for designing the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience along with look and feel.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Expertise in high end graphic design for print and web
• Expertise in logo design, flyers and brochures
• Expertise with digital photo editing
• Should be strong in rich user interface design using the photoshop and illustrator
• Should have creative thinking mindset and storytelling skills
• Create personas, scenarios, task flows and information architecture.
• Create wireframes, low fidelity prototypes, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively conceptualise product initiatives
• Define product workflows, interactions and UI specifications in close collaboration with product managers and cross-functional partners
• Design page layouts and templates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Staying up to date with the latest trends in product design
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience

Required skills and qualifications

• Graduation & above in a related discipline with 3-4 years experience in graphic/product/UI design solutions 
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, XD, In Design, Illustrator) and also Figma, Sketch or any related tools
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
• Strong command in Visual Design components like Typography, Composition, Space & Form, Colour theory, etc.
• Understand the basic of HTML, CSS and front-end development
• Portfolio of strong creative work
• Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data
• In-depth understanding of UI design
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Any certification in graphic design is an added advantage

Salary: Up to 35k/month
