Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and Resolve project issues analyze complex business problems and determine an IT solution.
- Prove recommendations on hardware and software procurement to support client’s business goals.
- Strong understanding of documentation practices.
- Excellent logical and analytical skills to define solutions for business problems
- Great verbal and written communication and strong process minded thinking.
- Experience in using Visio & documentation tool to prepare process mapping and workflow diagram
- Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
- Work closely with managers and end users to determine best IT solution conduct post project evaluation.
- Should have good understanding of the current working domain
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Schedule: Day shift
Qualification: B.Tech / MBA / M.Tech
Experience: 1 year (Minimum)
Working days: 5 working days Monday to Friday
Job Location : Hyderabad (ready to relocate can apply)
